1. Customisation of designs/colours with maximum of revision thrice. Should there be more changes, clients will be charge accordingly per customisation depending on the complexity 2. Details (notes/messages to be added) provided to us is crucial, please ensure to check that all given details are correct and accurate, should there be errors after confirmation is made, clients will be deemed responsible. 3. Orders will be confirm upon Order Confirmation via Email. 4. For Order confirmation, a deposit of 50% is to be transferred to the advised account, balance payment can be made thru after completion. 5. Artwork will be send to client via email for confirmation. 6. Please note deposit is not refundable should there be any cancellation of event prior to any reason.
